What's the difference between basic and full foot care?
The basic foot care package includes a thorough assessment followed by callus treatment and nail cutting. The full foot care package also adds treatment of corns, veruccas, ingrown toenails and fungus.
What is involved in a reflexology session?
During your reflexology session, you’ll start with a short consultation to discuss your wellbeing and any areas of concern. Then, you’ll relax on a comfortable chair or couch while your reflexologist applies gentle pressure to specific points on your feet (or hands). These points correspond to different parts of the body, helping to release tension, improve circulation, and restore balance. The session ends with a calming massage and simple aftercare tips to help you feel refreshed and relaxed. Appointments usually last 45–60 minutes.
How does nail reconstruction work?
Nail reconstruction is a restorative treatment designed to rebuild or improve the appearance of damaged or misshapen nails. Using a flexible gel or resin, your technician carefully reshapes the natural nail to create a smooth, natural-looking finish. This treatment is ideal for nails affected by trauma, fungal damage, or irregular growth. The result is a stronger, more even nail that looks healthy and feels comfortable. Appointments typically last 30–60 minutes, depending on the extent of the repair.
